Shipping policy
Delivery to the UK
Please note that our store is currently open from Tuesday to Saturday. Collections are made by Royal Mail at 4:30 pm, Tuesday - Friday. All orders placed before 3 pm will be packed and shipped the same day or on the next collection day.
If you have any special requests in regards to shipping please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Next Working Day* - £7.95
Standard Shipping (Two To Three Days) - £5.95 (FREE over £80)
Order by 3 pm (Mon-Fri) for same-day dispatch
*Please note that the Next Working Day delivery option is not 100% guaranteed. Due to potential issues outside of our control with our couriers or Royal Mail, deliveries can be delayed. We do, however, pride ourselves on extremely rapid shipping and delivery.
Further Information:
- All our parcels are shipped with Royal Mail, apart from large equipment pieces, which will ship with a courier. Please allow an extra business day for dispatch on bulkier items (i.e. tents, large coolers, tarps, furniture)
- Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday only (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- Order before 3 pm for same-day dispatch (Mon-Fri)*.
- Orders placed after 3 pm will be dispatched the next business day.
- Our couriers will only deliver Monday - Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
International Delivery
We do not currently offer any international shipping outside of the United Kingdom. We apologise for the inconvenience. Moving forward, we are looking at new international shipping routes to streamline the process. Thank you for your patience.
