Refund policy

If you are returning an item to us, please ensure it is wrapped safely and in good resalable condition. We suggest using a tracked service to ensure any transport issues are easily rectified. We also recommend you drop us a quick email quoting your order number to let us know it's on its way back to us.

Please ensure all returns are sent to us within 25 days of the date of purchase. Any returns made to us outside of a month may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange* (*UK customers only) within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items need to be in their original condition and packaging, including swing tags and the original shoe box. Jackets and shirts must be zipped or buttoned up to maintain their shape and quality whilst in transport.

We cannot accept returns when:

  • Clothes have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, or smelling of aftershave, smoke, etc.
  • Soles of shoes are dirty, and the insoles worn down or covered in fluff. Shoes should be tried indoors, on carpet, and socks should be worn.
  • Shoe boxes must be unmarked and not used as the postal box. 
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks and underwear unless they are faulty.

All product/s are the customer's full responsibility until they have arrived at our store. Please ensure you have packaged your return to a good standard; this will ensure it remains of the best quality until we receive it.

If you wish to organise your own return, please ensure you choose an option with tracking and proof of delivery. 

"Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return has arrived back with us, it will be processed within two business days of receipt, and we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm completion. During peak periods, such as Christmas, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.

Additionally, a lot of our brands offer exceptional warranties, so please contact the relevant channels, or you can contact us, and we will help as best we can. 

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, you must write on the outside of the package, 'Returned goods, relief applied for.' This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges. We will not pay any import charges for returns which have not been labelled accordingly.

Cancellations 

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us ASAP. If we're able to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. 

If you'd like to cancel your order after it has been shipped / once it has been received, you can do so in writing within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us for a full refund.
