Returns are provided through our Loop portal. This makes it much easier and faster for you to get an exchange or refund. Please use the following link:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange* (*UK customers only) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, including swing tags and the original shoe box. Unless you are processing an exchange, £5.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to return your items to us yourself, please ensure you choose an option with tracking with proof of delivery. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns when:
- Clothes have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed or smelling of aftershave or smoke, etc.
- Soles of shoes are dirty, and the insoles worn down or covered in fluff. Shoes should be tried indoors, on carpet, and socks should be worn.
- Shoe boxes must be unmarked and not used as the postal box.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks and underwear unless they are faulty.
- All product/s are the customer's full responsibility until they have arrived back at our warehouse.
Once your return has arrived back with us, it will be processed within two business days of receipt, and we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm completion. During peak periods such as Christmas returns, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.
International Returns
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are currently looking at new shipping methods to streamline international orders moving forward.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us ASAP. If we're able to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund upon your instruction.
If you'd like to cancel your order after it has been shipped / once it has been received, you can do so in writing within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us for a full refund.
